Our First Valentines Day!

This was our first Valentine's Day together. Last year Jace had eye surgery so we didn't get to really celebrate it, but we are so glad he got his eyes fixed. :) Anyway, our Valentines day was so much fun. We celebrated Saturday and Sunday. Saturday we went and did a session at the temple with our friends Rhett and Natalie. It was so much fun and I am so glad they invited us. Oh, I also made Ebelskeivers for breakfast and boy were they good. We went to dinner at Texas Roadhouse since it is our favorite. It took about 2 hours to get seated but their Ribs are worth it. We ate about a bucket of peanuts waiting so we got our money's worth. :) We finished off the evening with the movie Love Happens. It was cute. I recommend it to anyone.
Sunday, the official Valentine's Day, Jace slept in and I got up and did my hair all "cute" and also got his card ready and put it on his computer so he could find it. I also heart attacked our kitchen (covered it in Hearts) with little sayings on them. We walked around and read each one and if it said "HUG ME" or "KISS ME" then he gave me a hug or kiss. It was fun. For breakfast I made "I Love You" pancakes with pink milk, not strawberry. It was delicious. Church was good too and everyone talked about love at home. What better to talk about on Valentines Day! When I walked int he door after church, our table was in the middle of the kitchen with a pink sheet covering it, flowers, 2 long stem candles, a Hershey's candy bar and snickers, balloons and strawberry sparkling Juice. I was shocked! My hubby is so cute and sweet. I just love him. We turned on our song Then by Brad Paisley and danced in our kitchen before we blew out the candles. We had a wonderful dinner, played Five Crowns, and watch The Time Travelers Wife. It was the best Valentine's Day Ever!
